Free shipping on orders of $75 or more
At Shades of Culture, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers.
Here's how our current process works:
1. ORDER INVENTORY & FUFILLMENT:
= We review and take inventory of all orders on WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
= Orders that require PERSONAL handling and shipping from our location will be shipped out SATURDAY MORNINGS
2. DIRECT SHIPPING ITEMS:
= Items that ship directly from our warehouse or partners will typically be sent out within the week
= Most customers can expect their shipments to arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on the size and type of order (ie: custom made)
3. HOLIDAY SEASONS & DELAYS:
= Please note that during the holiday season or in cases of high order volume, shipping times may vary slightly. We'll keep you informed, if there are any delays.
4. FUTURE PLANS:
= As our business grows, we plan to increase shipment days to Wednesdays and Saturdays to speed up delivery times
